Aid to Angola

During fiscal year 2002, U.S. government assistance to Angola totaled more than $140 million, and increased in fiscal year 2003 to more than $185 million. This figure does not include, however, assistance provided to international organizations (such as UNHCR) which is subsequently spent in Angola.
